1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through the acw365 platform (the "Platform"), you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of acw365 immediately.

acw365 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of acw365 after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The Last updated date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on acw365 you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. acw365 does not accept registrations from persons under 21, regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not as a professional gambler acting on behalf of a third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of acw365, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited under local law, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying your own legal position.
• You have not previously been excluded from acw365 under our self-exclusion programme, and your account has not been suspended or terminated by acw365 for a breach of these Terms.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each Player may hold only one registered account on acw365. Opening or attempting to open more than one account — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. acw365 will close all duplicate accounts and may confiscate any balances or winnings associated with them.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your acw365 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. All activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify acw365 support immediately via the email address listed in the footer of this page. acw365 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. acw365 relies on the details you supply when processing withdrawals and verifying your identity. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any positive balance.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

acw365 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following supported mobile wallet channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. No cryptocurrency, foreign currency wire transfer, or third-party payment processor is accepted at this time.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per request.
• Withdrawal method: Funds are returned to the same mobile wallet number used for the deposit. acw365 does not send withdrawals to a different wallet or to a wallet registered in a third party's name.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and dispatched within 10 minutes to 24 hours depending on verification status and transaction volume.
• Pending wagers: Withdrawal requests submitted while bets are in play will be queued until those wagers are settled.

acw365 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due-diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or display unusual patterns. During such reviews, the relevant funds will be held temporarily. Players will be notified by the support team if documentation is required to complete a withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

acw365 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and seasonal promotions (including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and BPL tournament specials). Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms published on the relevant promotional page. In the event of conflict between the general Terms set out here and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence for that promotion only.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across acw365:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must be wagered in full before they can be transferred to the withdrawable cash balance.
• The standard wagering requirement for acw365 deposit bonuses is 20× the bonus amount. The wagering requirement for free-bet awards is 5× the winnings derived from the free bet.
• Only wagers placed on qualifying markets (as stated in each promotion) count towards wagering requirements. Voided or cancelled bets do not count.
• acw365 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted in to an active promotion will be given reasonable notice of any material change.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, collusion, or placing offsetting bets to clear wagering requirements without genuine risk — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of bonus funds and derived winnings.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on acw365 are subject to the rules of the specific sport or event market, as published in the betting help section of the Platform. The following general rules apply to all sportsbook wagers on acw365:

• All bets are final once confirmed. acw365 does not accept requests to cancel, alter, or cash out a bet after confirmation unless the cash-out feature is explicitly offered on that market.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (e.g., a market offered at manifestly incorrect odds due to a data feed fault), acw365 reserves the right to void all bets placed on that market and return stakes in full.
• For cricket matches, if a match is abandoned, reduced in overs, or rescheduled, acw365 will apply the official governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) rulings to determine settlement. Markets settled in error will be resettled and affected balances adjusted.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per 24-hour period. Current limits are displayed in the Player's account settings and may be adjusted by acw365 at any time with reasonable notice.
• acw365 does not offer credit. All bets must be funded from the Player's available cash or bonus balance at the time of placement.

7. Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on acw365 — including live dealer tables powered by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, as well as slot titles from NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — are governed both by these Terms and by the individual game rules provided within each game interface. In case of a technical discrepancy between a game display and our system records, the acw365 server-side records are conclusive.

acw365 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG outputs are independently tested for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages are published by the respective game providers and are available on request. acw365 does not manipulate RNG outputs.

If a game or session is interrupted due to a technical fault on the part of acw365 (for example, a server outage or streaming failure), any open game rounds will be resolved as follows: stakes for incomplete rounds will be returned to the Player's balance. acw365 is not liable for interruptions caused by the Player's own internet connection, device failure, or power outage.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Players who discover such issues must report them to acw365 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or using the Platform to process funds derived from criminal activity.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or any collusive arrangement with other Players or third parties intended to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Attempting to charge back a completed deposit transaction via your mobile wallet provider after having used those funds to place bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing acw365 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

acw365 employs automated fraud-detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Flagged accounts may be suspended pending investigation. During an investigation, the Player will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except where immediate suspension is necessary to prevent further harm.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the acw365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software — is the exclusive property of acw365 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You must not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without the express written permission of acw365.
• Use any automated tool to scrape, index, or harvest data from the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any page of the Platform on any other website without prior written authorisation.

Game content provided by third-party studios (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by acw365 under licence.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

acw365 collects and processes personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your personal data in accordance with that policy. acw365 applies industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to all data in transit and stores Player data on secured servers. 12. Limitation of Liability

acw365's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits acw365's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

13. Account Termination

You may close your acw365 account at any time by contacting the support team via the email address in the footer. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered mobile wallet within five business days, provided no open bets or pending investigations are outstanding.

acw365 may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory instruction; (c) your account is inactive for a continuous period of 12 months and the balance is zero; or (d) we determine that continued operation of your account poses a risk to acw365, other Players, or the integrity of the Platform.

Upon termination for cause, acw365 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play. Verified deposits not subject to a forfeiture ruling will be returned to the Player in the normal course.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your acw365 experience, you should first contact our support team at the email address displayed in the footer of this page. acw365 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If you remain dissatisfied after acw365 has issued its final response, you may escalate the matter to binding arbitration. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. The costs of arbitration shall be shared equally unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

15. Miscellaneous

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and acw365 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior communications, proposals, or agreements.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

No waiver: acw365's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Language: These Terms are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
